基于FactSage理论计算的温度、CaO和铁硅比对铜精矿氧气底吹熔炼过程的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Temperature, CaO and Fe/SiO_(2) Ratio on Oxygen Bottom Blowing Smelting Process of Copper Concentrate Calculated Based on FactSage

摘要 通过Factsage 7.2软件研究了温度、CaO和铁硅比对铜精矿氧气底吹熔炼过程的影响.结果表明随着熔炼温度从1160℃升高至1260℃,尖晶石含量从53.04%降低至37.60%,熔体粘度从10.94 Pa·s减小至0.5 Pa·s,液态渣的质量从156.08 kg增加到了291.28 kg,说明升高体系温度提高了液态渣对高熔点尖晶石相的溶解能力,有利于氧气底吹熔炼的进行.随着CaO添加量从0增加至6%,尖晶石含量和体系粘度逐渐升高,体系粘度由1.51 Pa·s升至4.85 Pa·s.当CaO添加量大于4%时,体系中产生高熔点的黄长石相和Ca_(2)SiO_(4)相,不利于冶炼的进行.随着铁硅比从2.74减小至1.4,尖晶石的含量逐渐减小,从44.96%减小至0.47%,体系粘度从1.51 Pa·s降低至0.2 Pa·s,说明随着铁硅比的减小,熔体的流动性变好. In this paper,the effects of temperature,CaO and Fe/SiO_(2)ratio on oxygen bottom blowing smelting process of copper concentrate were studied by Factsage 7.2 software.The results show that as the melting tempera⁃ture increases from 1160℃to 1260℃,the spinel content decreases from 53.04%to 37.60%,the viscosity de⁃creases from 10.94 Pa·s to 0.5 Pa·s,and the mass of liquid slag increases from 156.08 kg to 291.28 kg,indica⁃ting that increasing the system temperature can improve the solubility of liquid slag to high melting point spinel phase,which is conducive to oxygen bottom blowing melting.With the increase of CaO addition from 0 to 6%,the spinel content and system viscosity gradually increased,and the system viscosity increased from 1.51 Pa·s to 4.85 Pa·s.When the addition of CaO is more than 4%,high melting point melilite and Ca_(2)SiO_(4)are produced in the system,which is not conducive to smelting.With the decrease of Fe/SiO_(2)ratio from 2.74 to 1.4,the content of spinel gradually decreases,from 44.96%to 0.47%,and the system viscosity decreases from 1.51 Pa·s to 0.2 Pa·s,indicating that the fluidity of melt becomes better with the decrease of Fe/SiO_(2)ratio.
