新时代高职教师推进生态化社区教育的有效路径研究

社区教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,是社区建设的重要内容,也是实现全民终身教育的重要途径。通过进一步推进“职业教育+社区教育”的融合,利用多方面的教育资源来构建完善的社区教育体系,促使新时代的社区教育逐步趋向生态化。在生态化教育理念指导下,高职教师要逐步转变传统的“学校教育”观念,树立生态化社区教育发展观;提升社区教育教学能力,赋能社区高效发展;积极探索多种社区教育形式,补齐社区教育短板。

Community education is an important part of education in China, an important content of community construction, and an important way to realize lifelong education for all. By further promoting the integration of "vocational education + community education" and using various educational resources to build a perfect community education system,community education in the new era gradually tends to ecological. Under the guidance of the concept of ecological education,teachers in higher vocational colleges should gradually change the traditional concept of "school education", establish the concept of ecological community education, improve the teaching ability of community education, empower the efficient development of community education, actively explore various forms of community education, and make up for the shortcomings of community education.It is conducive to improving the quality of community education.
