构建高职学生工业文化自信力初探——以湖南工业职业技术学院为例

A Preliminary Study on the Construction of Higher Vocational College Students’ Industrial Cultural Confidence——Take Hunan Industry Polytechnic as an Example

工业文化自信是文化自信的重要组成部分。本文试图从工业文化自信力的基本内涵、工业文化的历史与沿革等方面进行解构和诠释,对构建工业文化自信力的重要意义进行论述。通过分析湖南工业文化发展的优势与劣势,湖南工业职业技术学院构建学生工业文化自信力的成效和存在的问题,提出高职院校要从提高工业文化自信理论研究力、工业文化自信课程体系构建力、工业文化自信品牌打造力、工业文化自信物质文化建设力等方面努力,满足高职学生的精神需求,建构高职学生的工业文化自信力。

Industrial cultural confidence is an important part of cultural confidence. This paper attempts to deconstruct and interpret the basic connotation, history and evolution of industrial cultural confidence, and discusses the significance of consolidating industrial cultural confidence. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of industrial culture development in Hunan province, and the effects and existing problems of constructing industrial cultural confidence in Hunan Industry Polytechnic, it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should make efforts to strengthen the theoretical research ability, curriculum system construction ability, brand building ability and material culture construction ability to satisfy students’ spiritual need, then to construct industrial cultural confidence of higher vocational college students.
