摘要
在目前高校领导力教育更侧重能力训练的背景下,大学生很容易陷入领导力认识误区。及时辨析领导力认识误区,更有利于大学生自身领导力发展和“时代新人”的培养。走出大学生领导力认识误区,首先要求大学生摆正领导初心,不做“学生官”,而做青年友;其次,在明确领导内容时不能仅满足于完成交办任务,而应争取采取团队磋商协定的方式自定领导内容;最后,应注重工作方法和技巧,运用好沟通激励、全程管理、责任到人、定期总结等方法不断提升大学生领导力。
Since the leadership cultivation of college students’ focuses more on the ability training in recent years, the misunderstanding of leadership is increasingly widespread. Timely analysis on the misunderstanding of leadership is more conducive to the development of students’ leadership and the cultivation of "The new generation". To get rid of the misconception and improve college students’ leadership, students themselves should establish service awareness,define their leadership contents by group consultation and lay emphasis on working methods and skills, such as foster communication and motivation, reinforce whole-course management, allocate clear responsibility,implement phase and periodic summary and so on.
