高职院校服务乡村振兴人才培养“1+N”模式研究

Research on the "1+N" Mode of Talents Training for Rural Revitalization in Higher Vocational Colleges

乡村振兴,关键靠人才。高职院校应该如何契合国家乡村振兴战略,加强乡村振兴人才培养?本研究提出了高职院校服务乡村振兴人才培养“1+N”模式,并从内涵特点、价值意涵、机制效果、发展完善等方面进行了论述。“1+N”模式,是高职院校实现高等教育社会功能,服务乡村振兴战略的有效实施途径之一。

"The key of Rural Revitalization depends on talents". How should higher vocational colleges contribute to China’s national rural revitalization strategy and strengthen the cultivation of rural revitalization talents? This study puts forward the "1 + n" mode of talents training for Rural Revitalization in higher vocational colleges, which explores from the aspects of connotation characteristics, value implications, mechanism effects, development and improvement. "1 + n" mode is one of the effective ways for higher vocational colleges to realize the social function of higher education and serve the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
