随着“互联网+”时代的到来,电子商务在制造业中发挥的作用愈发重要。互联网的发展大大促进了电子商务在各个行业的应用,也给装备制造业带来了巨大影响。高端制造研发转化作为湘江新区的发展核心,与互联网的融合已是大势所趋,面向高端制造的电子商务将得到迅猛发展。制造业电子商务应用现状、面向制造业高职电子商务人才岗位需求情况、人才知识与技能结构分析、人才培养模式优化等四个方面的研究势在必行,特别是研究和解决如何培养出“‘互联网+’时代面向装备制造业的高职电子商务专业技能型人才?”这一问题。

With the advent of the "Internet+" era, the role of e-commerce has become more and more important in the manufacturing industry. The development of the Internet has greatly promoted the application of e-commerce in various industries, and has also brought great influence to the equipment manufacturing industry. As the R&D transformation of high-end manufacturing is the development core of Xiangjiang New Area, the integration with the Internet has been a major trend. And the e-commerce for high-end manufacturing develops rapidly. Therefore, it is imperative to study the current situation of e-commerce application in manufacturing industry, the job demand of e-commerce talents from higher vocational colleges for manufacturing industry, the analysis of knowledge and skill structure of talents, and the optimization of talent training mode. Especially, to study and solve the problem of how to cultivate "skilled e-commerce talents of higher vocational colleges for equipment manufacturing industry in the era of ’Internet+’?" is essential.
