生物可吸收板在神经内镜垂体腺瘤手术颅底修补中的应用体会 被引量:1

摘要 探讨神经内镜经鼻蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤手术中应用生物可吸收板(PolyMax RAPID)修补颅底缺损的临床效果和安全性。回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月山东大学齐鲁医院神经外科行神经内镜经鼻蝶窦入路手术切除的20例垂体腺瘤患者的临床资料。所有患者均在切除肿瘤后应用PolyMax RAPID板行颅底修补。20例患者均获得随访。术后影像学检查显示植入物无水平或垂直移位。所有患者术后均未出现脑脊液鼻漏。术后1个月行鼻内镜检查,无一例出现鼻出血、脑脊液鼻漏或局部炎性反应。初步研究证实,PolyMax RAPID板可作为经鼻蝶垂体手术后鞍底缺损硬性修补的植入物,但其远期疗效和并发症则有待于进一步评估。
