粤港澳大湾区高校知识产权信息服务调查

Investigation of Intellectual Property Information Services of Universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

完善高校知识产权信息服务对学校科研转化、区域科技创新具有积极的支撑作用。文章运用文献调研、实地调研、在线访谈等方法探究“粤港澳高校图书馆联盟”15家理事单位和深圳大学图书馆的知识产权信息服务现状、特征、成效及存在的问题,提出粤港澳大湾区高校知识产权信息服务的发展策略:加强资源建设,打造便捷化的服务平台;分层次培训,建设专业化的服务团队;强化机制建设,构建规范化的服务体系;增进合作,推行协同化的服务模式。

Improving intellectual property information services in colleges and universities will play a positive role in supporting the transformation of academic research,technological innovation and the development of the Greater Bay Area. Through the use of literature research,field research,online interview and other methods,the current status,characteristics,effectiveness and existing problems of 15 governing units of the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao University Library Alliance and the Shenzhen University Library’s Intellectual Property Information Service Center have been investigated. On this basis,the related development strategies are put forward. These include the strengthening of resources and building a convenient service platform;training at different levels to build a professional service team;strengthening support mechanism and building a standardized service system;enhancing cooperation and building a collaborative service model.
