Social Utilization of Local Government Open Data in China and Facilitation Measures

文章调查分析政府开放数据平台的应用开发信息和推广活动信息,发现地方政府推进开放数据利用实践的成效主要体现在社会参与覆盖面的提升和对利用层的关注与投入,也存在措施质量有待提高和配套体系缺失的不足,可以从提升设计质量、完备促进措施体系以及强化配套支持等方面改进。

Based on the investigation of local government open data practices,it is found that the success in promoting open data utilization is mainly reflected by a wider social participation and the stronger attention and input on utilization aspects. However,there are still quality deficiencies of service measures and a general lack of action supporting system. This research suggests that local governments can develop optimization strategies by improving design quality,enhancing facilitation systems and strengthening supporting measures.
