新型混合储能系统容量优化配置方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 考虑变分模态分解(VMD)中固有模态分量(IMFs)个数需要提前凭借经验去设置的问题,提出一种基于功率谱熵的光线寻优(LRO)算法对VMD参数进行寻优,并将此方法应用到混合储能系统平抑风电功率波动中,合理配置混合储能容量。首先根据混合储能参考功率信号特点,将功率谱熵作为光线寻优算法中的目标函数,找到VMD算法中的惩罚因子α和分解层数K;然后用参数组合为[α,K]的VMD算法对混合储能参考功率进行分解,通过对K个固有模态分量变换得到的边际谱确定混合储能系统的功率分频区间;最后进行仿真分析,对比直接使用VMD的分解结果和其他优化算法对VMD的寻优结果,以及不同储能方式的全寿命周期年均成本,验证了文中所用方法的优势。 Since the number of intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)in variational mode decomposition(VMD)needs to be set with experience in advance,a light ray optimization(LRO)algorithm based on power spectrum entropy is proposed to optimize VMD parameters.This method is applied to the hybrid energy storage system to stabilize wind power fluctuations of wind power,so as to reasonably configure the hybrid energy storage capacity.According to the signal characteristics of the hybrid energy storage reference power,the power spectrum entropy is taken as the objective function in the LRO algorithm,and the penalty factorαand the number of decomposition levels K in the VMD algorithm are found out.The VMD algorithm with parameter combination[α,K]is used to decompose the reference power of the hybrid stored energy.The power division interval of the hybrid energy storage system is determined by the marginal spectrum obtained by transforming the K IMFs.A simulation analysis was performed to contrast the decomposition results got by the direct use of VMD and the optimization results got by other optimization algorithms dealing with VMD,as well as the annualized cost of the throughout life cycle of different energy storage methods.The advantages of the proposed method have been verified.
