重症监护室早产儿出院后父母需求的质性研究

A qualitative study on the needs of parents of premature infants discharged from intensive care unit

目的了解重症监护室早产儿出院后父母的需求,旨在为重症监护室早产儿出院后延续性护理服务提供理论依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2018年12月—2019年4月深圳市某妇幼保健院新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)15名已出院1周的早产儿的父母,对其进行半结构式深度访谈,并采用Colaizzi现象学分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果通过分析、归纳,共提取出4个主题,分别为照护知识与技能需求、疾病防护需求、外界支持需求、自主照顾的需求。结论重症监护室早产儿出院后父母面临着巨大的育儿压力,护士应了解早产儿父母的需求,为重症监护室早产儿家庭出院后延续性护理服务提供理论依据。

Objective To explore the needs of parents of premature infants discharged from the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),so as to provide theoretical basis for continuous nursing after discharge.Methods Totally 15 parents of premature infants discharged from NICU of a maternal and child health hospital in Shenzhen between December 2018 and April 2019 were selected using the purposive sampling method to conduct semi-structured in-depth interview.Then the data were collected and analyzed using the Colaizzi phenomenological method.Results After the analysis,four themes were extracted,including the need for knowledge and skills about care,need for disease prevention,need for external support and self-care.Conclusion Parents of premature infants in NICU are facing great pressure of parenting after discharge.Nurses should understand the needs of parents of premature infants and provide theoretical basis for continuing nursing service of premature infants in ICU after discharge.
