摘要 目的:探讨与分析前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)基因rs562556与冠心病(CHD)患者血脂水平的相关性。方法:选择2018年12月—2021年8月本院心内科诊治的冠心病患者88例作为冠心病组,同期选择在本院体检的健康者88例作为对照组,检测两组血脂、PCSK9水平,检测PCSK9基因rs562556多态性并进行相关性分析。结果:冠心病组的TG、TC与LDL-C含量高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。冠心病组的血清PCSK9含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。冠心病组的PCSK9基因rs562556基因型GG与等位基因G分布频率高于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearsman分析显示冠心病患者的PCSK9基因rs562556基因型GG、等位基因G分布频率与TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C都存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者多伴随有血脂异常,同时伴随有PCSK9基因表达升高与基因突变,PCSK9基因rs562556的突变会影响血脂代谢过程。 Objective:To explore and analysis the correlation between the PCSK9 gene rs562556 and the blood lipid levels of patients with CHD.Methods:From December 2018 to August 2021,88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed and treated in the cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the coronary heart disease group,and 88 cases of healthy people who given physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group during the same period.The two groups were tested for blood lipids and PCSK9 level,and were to detect PCSK9 gene rs562556 polymorphism and give correlation analysis.Results:The content of TG,TC and LDL-C in the coronary heart disease group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the content of HDL-C were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of serum PCSK9 in the coronary heart disease group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The distribution frequency of PCSK9 gene rs562556 genotype GG and allele G in the coronary heart disease group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Spearsman analysis showed that the distribution frequency of PCSK9 gene rs562556 genotype GG,allele G in patients with coronary heart disease were correlated with TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with coronary heart disease are mostly accompanied by dyslipidemia,accompanied by elevated PCSK9 gene expression and gene mutations.The mutation of PCSK9 gene rs562556 will affect the process of blood lipid metabolism.
