浙江省中小学体育教师的学历、职称和教龄对其积极心理因素的影响

The influence of educational background,professional title and teaching age on positive psychological factors of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools of Zhejiang

为正确认识浙江省中小学体育教师的学历、职称和教龄对积极心理要素的影响,采用单因素方差分析和t检验进行显著性检验,就中小学体育教师学历、职称和教龄对积极心理要素的影响进行了研究.结果表明:1)中小学体育教师积极性要素的各个维度在不同学历之间不具有显著性差异;2)随着职称的提升,8个积极要素的分值随之提高,而且不同职称之间具有高度显著性的差异;3)中小学体育教师呈现出随教龄持续增长,其积极心理要素各维度的分值也逐渐升高,达到最高后又会出现略微下降的一个变化趋势,不同教龄之间存在高度显著性差异.该研究可为有效挖掘中小学体育教师的积极心理因素及心理潜能奠定基础,并提供帮助.

The influence of educational background,professional title and teaching age on positive psychological factors of primary and secondary school physical education teachers was investigated by using univariate analysis and t test.The results showed that there were no significant differences between dimensions of active factors of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools among different educational backgrounds.However,with the promotion of professional titles,the scores of eight positive factors increased,and there was a highly significant difference between different professional titles.Moreover,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools showed a continuous increase in their teaching years,and the score of each dimension of their positive psychological factors also gradually increased,and then there was a slight decline after reaching the highest.There were highly significant differences among different teaching ages.The study on educational background,professional title,teaching age and positive factors of primary and middle school physical education teachers could provide a theoretical foundation for effectively excavating and developing their positive psychological factors and psychological potential.
