综观近现代词集评点发展可分为三大阶段。第一阶段为1840—1895年。这一时期,常州词派占据词坛的重要位置,词集评点多出自常派词人之手。代表人物如庄棫、谭献、陈廷焯等。他们接受并继承常州派的主要观点,同时以词集评点为载体,深化和完善常派词论。第二阶段为1895—1919年。这一阶段的中国,内忧外患更加严重,在词体益尊的情况下,词学批评逐渐向两极发展,词集评点亦然。这一时期也是词学观念逐渐向现代化过渡的阶段。第三阶段为1919—1949年。这一阶段的词集评点正式进入现代词学的范畴。在新旧文学的交替中,词学也出现传统与现代的并存。

The development of modern Ci-poetry collection criticism can be divided into three stages.The first stage is from 1840 to 1895.During this period,Changzhou Ci school occupied an important position in the Ci world,and most of the comments on the Ci collection came from the poets of Changzhou school.Representatives include Zhuang Zhen,Tan Xian,Chen Tingzhuo,etc.They accepted and inherited the main viewpoints of Changzhou school,and deepened and improved Changzhou school’s Ci theory with the comment of Ci collection as the carrier.The second stage is from 1895 to 1919.At this stage of China,domestic and foreign troubles were more serious.In the case of the increasingly exalted status of Ci,Ci criticism gradually developed to two poles,and so did Ci collection comments.This period is also the stage of the gradual transition of CI concepts to modernization.The third stage is from 1919 to 1949.At this stage,the comment of Ci collection officially entered the category of modern Ci-ology.In the alternation of new and old literature,Ci also coexisted with tradition and modernity.
