摘要
通过数值模拟对TA32钛合金壁板类弧形锻件的锻造成形过程进行不断地迭代优化,制定出5火次制坯和1火次模锻的工艺方案。锻件一次试制成功,产品外形尺寸合格、组织性能优良。
Through numerical simulation,the forging forming process of TA32 titanium alloy wall plate arc forgings is continuously iteratively optimized,and the process plan of 5-fire billet making and 1-fire die forging has been formulated.The first trial production of the forgings was successful,and the product dimensions were qualified and the structure and properties were excellent.
