摘要
针对GH4169合金支撑锥壁锻件持久性能不合的现象,通过理化性能检测、工艺参数研究及数值模拟分析,得到了锻件性能不满足标准要求的原因。结果表明,直径350 mm棒料锻造的锻件性能差异大,稳定性更差;锻件截面尺寸变化大,导致终锻件变形不均匀,试样环持久性能不满足标准,需要增加预锻工序。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the endurance properties of the GH4169 alloy support cone wall forgings are unqualified,the reasons why the properties of the forgings do not meet the standard requirements have been obtained through physical and chemical property testing,process parameter research and numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the forgings forged from bars with a diameter of 350 mm have large performance differences and poorer stability,large changes in the cross-sectional dimensions of the forgings lead to uneven deformation of the final forgings,and the endurance properties of the sample ring does not meet the standard,so it is necessary to increase the pre-forging process.
