摘要
研究了不同浓度淬火介质对45钢组织、淬硬层深度及冲击性能的影响。结果表明:随着淬火介质浓度的升高,淬火后组织中的残余奥氏体含量减少,马氏体板条尺寸更细小。45钢的淬硬层深度随淬火介质浓度的升高逐渐增加,但试块表面硬度和距淬火表面10 mm处的冲击性能则随淬火介质浓度的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,且当淬火介质浓度为10%时,45钢表面硬度和冲击性能达到最高。
The effects of different concentrations of quenching medium on the microstructure,hardened layer depth and impact properties of 45 steel have been studied.The results show that with the increase of the quenching medium concentration,the content of retained austenite in the microstructure after quenching decreases,and the size of the martensitic lath becomes smaller.The hardened layer depth of 45 steel increases gradually with the increase of the concentration of the quenching medium,but the surface hardness of the test block and the impact performance at 10 mm from the quenching surface show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increasing concentration of the quenching medium.When the medium concentration is 10%,the surface hardness and impact performance of 45 steel reach the highest.
