多式联运在促进现代物流和供应链发展方面发挥重要作用。由于多式联运相关主体数据共享和信任机制不健全,目前尚未形成覆盖全国的多式联运信息集成网络。明确了多式联运信息集成平台的目标是建立基于区块链的多式联运数据交换机制,推进"一单制"在多式联运中的应用。提出了由基础数据层、技术架构层和业务应用层组成的信息平台架构方案,设计了平台的功能模块包括:多式联运方案推送、多式联运产品组合设计、多式联运信息发布等,分析了铁水联运场景典型业务流程。

Multimodal transport plays an important role in promoting the development of modern logistics and supply chains. Due to the imperfect data sharing and trust mechanism of subjects related to multimodal transport, there has not yet been a nationwide multimodal transport information integration network. It is clear that the goal of the multimodal transport information integration platform is to establish block chain-based multimodal transport data exchange system and promote the application of the “one document system” in multimodal transport. Proposed an information platform architecture plan consisting of a basic data layer, a technical architecture layer, and a business application layer. The functional modules of the platform were designed including: multimodal transport plan push, multimodal transport product portfolio design, multimodal transport information release, etc., and the typical business flow of Railway and waterway combined transportation scenario is analyzed.
