摘要
针对变电站难以有效模拟一次带负荷的技术问题,设计新型的模拟带负荷校验的继电保护试验装置。采用ARM Cortex-M3微处理控制器,对接收到数据信息或者指令进行控制和计算,并在通信接口处设置以太网通信接口,提高了信息管理能力。采用双路电源输出,既可以输出三相对称工频大电流200 A,还可同时输出相对于电流为基准进行移相的三相对称电压10 kV(或100 V),提高了数据交互能力。提出的方法还采用基于加Hanning窗的单谱线插值的FFT算法,大大提高了模拟带负荷校验继电保护试验装置的精确度。试验表明,这种方法误差低,效率高。
Aiming at the technical problem that substations can not effectively simulate primary load,a new type of simulated load verification relay protection test device is designed,which adopts ARM Cortex-M3 microprocessor controller to control and calculate the received data information or instructions.An Ethernet communication interface is set at the communication interface,which improves the information management capability.It adopts dual power output,which can output three-phase symmetrical power frequency high current 200 A,and can also output three-phase symmetrical voltage 10 kV(or 100 V)which is phase-shifted relative to the current at the same time,which improves the data interaction capability.The method of this research also adopts the FFT algorithm based on single-spectral line interpolation with Hanning window,which greatly improves the accuracy of the simulated load-checking relay protection test device.Experiments show that the method of this rearch has low error and high efficiency.
