摘要 针对现有信息共享平台存在的响应时间较长、计算资源利用率较低等问题,文中设计一种基于集成学习的电子政务信息共享平台。该平台的硬件由网络模块、数据交换模块、云计算模块等构成。其中网络模块有服务器端、中间件、客户端三层结构,数据交换模块由适配器、应用开发与部署工具、企业服务总线构成,云计算模块由云计算核心服务器、千兆交换机等构成。平台的软件由平台接口模块、信息数据分类模块、数据库模块等构成。其中平台接口模块为电子政务信息共享平台设计多种接口;信息数据分类模块主要通过集成学习算法实现电子政务信息的分类,使用的集成学习算法为SPBoost算法;信息共享平台的数据库选择SQL Server 2008数据库,主要数据表包括单位信息表、电子政务信息表等。最后,对设计平台进行多方面的性能测试。结果表明:文中所设计平台的平台响应时间和恢复时间较短,无故障运行时间较长;计算资源利用率的整体水平较高;I/O读、写的最大、最小、平均响应时间较短。文中设计的共享平台整体性能较好,可以投入使用。 As the existing information sharing platform has the problems of long response time and low utilization of computing resources,an e-government information sharing platform based on ensemble learning is designed. The hardware of the platform consists of network module,data exchange module,cloud computing module,etc. The network module has three-tier structure:server,middleware and client. The data exchange module is composed of adapter,application development and deployment tool,and enterprise service bus. The cloud computing module is composed of cloud computing core server,Gigabit switch,etc. The software of the platform consists of platform interface module,information data classification module and database module. The platform interface module is used to provide various interfaces for the e-government information sharing platform. The information data classification module is mainly used to realize the classification of e-government information by means of the ensemble learning algorithm(SPBoost algorithm). The SQL Server 2008 database is selected as the database of the information sharing platform,and its main data tables include unit information table,e-government information table,etc. The various performance tests for the designed platform are conducted. The testing results show that the designed platform ′s response time and recovery time are short,fault-free operation time is long,overall level of calculating resource utilization is high,and maximum,minimum and average response time of I/O reading and writing are short. It can be seen that the overall performance of the platform designed in this paper is good and can be put into use.
