摘要
研究了银阳极泥氯化浸出回收金工艺。实验结果显示,在盐酸1.5 mol/L、硫酸0.75 mol/L、氯化钠35 g/L、氯酸钠与银阳极泥中金的质量比m_(NaClO_(3))∶m_(Au)=1.5∶1、浸出时间4.0 h、液固比L∶S=10∶1、反应温度为80℃的条件下,银阳极泥中金的平均浸出率达到99.51%。
A process of gold extraction from silver anode slime by chlorination leaching method was proposed.The results show that the average gold leaching rate reaches 99.51%,while chlorination leaching is carried out under the following conditions:the hydrochloride acid concentration is 1.5 mol/L,the sulfuric acid concentration is 0.75 mol/L,the sodium chloride concentration is 35 g/L,the mass ratio of sodium chlorate and gold is m_(NaClO_(3))∶m_(Au)=1.5∶1,the leaching time is 4.0 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 10∶1,and the leaching temperature is 80℃.
