多孔有限薄板应力集中系数的多项式拟合

摘要 基于有限元软件,建立有含有3个孔径相同的有限元薄板模型,分析计算多排单孔和单排多孔的应力集中系数,运用最小二乘法拟合各孔的应力集中系数,并对所拟合多项式进行验证,可知多项式拟合的应力集中系数和手册所查的应力集中系数误差较小,同时分析各孔的干涉原因,并列出各孔的干涉区间。本文拟合的应力集中多项式对连接件疲劳寿命估算提供了更精确的参数。 Based on the finite element software,a finite element plate model with three identical apertures was established.Analysis and calculation of multi-row single-hole and single row muti-hole stress concentration coefficient are conducted using the least squares fitting of the stress concentration coefficient of each hole,to validate the fitting polynomial,showing that the stress concentration coefficient of polynomial fitting and the stress concentration coefficient in the manual have a small of error.At the same time,this paper analyzes the reasons of interference of each hole,and lists the interference in the interval of each hole.The stress concentration coefficient polynomial fitted in this paper provides more accurate parameters for fatigue life estimation of the connectors.
