摘要
随着我国煤矿开采规模的不断扩张,煤矿开采深度也在不断加大,在煤矿开采工作过程中对煤矿矿井水的处理工作非常关键。本文有效结合我国某地区一处煤矿开采工作案例展开分析和研究,对本次煤矿矿井水体深度处理工艺设计工作要点进行深入分析和研究,通过采取高效混凝沉淀、氯氧化、锰砂过滤超滤及反渗透等水体处理工艺方法,对煤矿矿井水展开深度处理,水体处理工作完成之后满足生活饮用水卫生控制工作标准,反渗透系统的产水率可以控制在65%左右,达到了预期的水体处理工作指标,为后续煤矿矿井水处理工作开展提供必要的参考和借鉴。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of coal mining in our country,the depth of coal mining is also increasing.The treatment of coal mine water is very important in the process of coal mining.This article effectively combines the analysis and research of a coal mining work case in a certain area of our country,and conducts in-depth analysis and research on the key points of the design of the coal mine water advanced treatment process.By adopting high-efficiency coagulation sedimentation,chlorine oxidation,manganese sand filtration and ultrafiltration as well as reverse osmosis and other water treatment techniques,advanced treatment of coal mine water is carried out.After the water treatment is completed,it meets the sanitary control standards for drinking water.The water production rate of the reverse osmosis system can be controlled at about 65%,reaching the expected water body,treatment work index,provideing necessary reference and reference for the subsequent development of coal mine water treatment work.
