摘要
本文对国内外关于高压加热器安全阀的标准条款进行了介绍和梳理,分析了各种可能造成高压加热器超压的潜在工况,对各个超压工况的超压介质来源进行了分析,提供了安全阀排量选型的分析和计算方法。以某三代核电一期7号高加安全阀为例进行了安全阀容量计算,对于给水管道破裂超压导致超压工况使用两种计算方法分别进行计算,对后续机组的安全阀容量选型提出了建议。
The paper introduces the standards related to High Pressure Feed Water Heater Safety Valves,analysis the possible conditions lead to HP Feed Water Heater over-pressure,analysis and calculates the valve capacity in each condition.The paper check the calculation of No.7 HP Feed water Heater safety valve capacity in AP1000 Unit,using two methods to calculate the Feed water tube broking condition,and provides the proposal of valves capacity selection for future projects.
