基于多维感知控制型电动定扭矩扳手研究

摘要 一种新型电动定扭矩扳手,使用锂电池供电无刷直流电机(BLDC)驱动,具有高精度、高可靠性、长寿命,能适应多种高强度螺栓施工工艺。对施扭过程中工具的扭矩、转角进行多维感知控制,提升了高强度螺栓的施工质量,使用OLED直观显示工作状态直观\易用,施工中的关键数据通过“蓝牙”上传到物联网,实现施工质量的可追溯;同时提出了“扭矩转角系数TAC”的质量控制概念,使得螺栓施工质量管理更加精细化。 A new type of electric fixed torque spanner,driven by lithium battery powered brushless DC motor(BLDC),has high precision,high reliability,long life,can adapt to a variety of high strength bolt construction process.Multi-dimensional perception control is carried out on the torque and angle of the tool in the process of torsion,which improves the construction quality of high-strength bolts.The working status is displayed intuitively by OLED,which is intuitive and easy to use.Key data in the construction can be uploaded to the Internet of things through"Bluetooth",so that the construction quality can be traced.At the same time,the quality control concept of"torque angle coefficient TAC"is put forward,which makes the bolt construction quality management more refined.
