摘要
研制带遥控控制的履带行走式带式输送机用自移机尾,以解决综掘机牵拉皮带机尾作业效率低下、存在安全隐患、迈步式自移机尾对巷道工况的适应性差、操作性差的问题。研究履带行走式自移机尾,并搭载带式转载机及矿用高效湿式除尘器,响应了国家提出的“机械换人,自动化减人”的要求,在煤矿快速掘进智能化、减员提效、改善掘进工作面作业环境、保障作业人员职业健康和安全文明生产等方面,有重要的社会意义和经济效益。
The self moving tail of crawler walking belt conveyor with remote control is developed to solve the problems of low operation efficiency and potential safety hazards of fully mechanized excavator pulling belt tail,as well as the poor adaptability and operability of walking self moving tail to roadway working conditions.The tail of crawler walking self moving machine is studied and equipped with belt transfer machine and mining high-efficiency wet dust collector,which responds to the requirements of"mechanical replacement and automatic personnel reduction"put forward by the state,and improves the working environment of heading face and ensures the occupational health,safety and civilized production of operators in terms of rapid excavation intelligence,personnel reduction and efficiency of coal mine,It has important social significance and economic benefits.
