高职院校产教融合的困境与对策研究

产教深度融合是我国职业教育办学模式改革的必然选择,剖析高职院校产教融合困难,研究产教深度融合的对策,促使企业更加积极主动地参与,实现产教融合体制的完善,对为社会输出“产销对路”的高素质技能型人才,实现人才质量与企业“零距离无缝对接”有重要的意义,对政府发挥顶层设计作用,企业未来发展,院校提高办学水平有十分积极的作用。

The deep integration of industry and education is the inevitable choice for the reform of the school running mode of Vocational Education in China.It is of great significance to analyze the difficulties in the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges,study the countermeasures for the deep integration of industry and education,promote enterprises to participate more actively and realize the improvement of the integration system of industry and education,so as to output high-quality skilled talents with"right production and marketing"for the society and realize the"zero distance and seamless connection"between talent quality and enterprises.It has a very positive role for the government to play the role of top-level design,the future development of enterprises and the improvement of school running level of colleges.
