摘要 在首台AP1000机组建造之前,三菱重工设计的该型号电机施工设计方案尚没有经过充分的实践验证,其转子穿装设计方案存在一定的缺陷和不足。为了优化AP1000核电机组主发电机穿转子方案,本文通过全球首台AP1000核电机组主发电机安装施工实践经验,从转子吊装、滑架拆除等方面提出了发电机穿转子方案的优化措施,通过发电机组安装施工的进一步验证,证明了这些优化措施的有效性。 Before the construction of the first AP1000 unit,the construction design plan of this type of motor designed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has not been fully verified by practice,and its rotor installation design plan has certain defects and deficiencies.For the purpose to modify the insertion scheme of main generator rotor of AP1000 nuclear power plant,based on the main generator construction experience of the world's first AP1000 unclear power plant,form aspects of rotor lifting and slide block removing,proposing the modified measures for the main insertion generator scheme.These modified measures were proved effective and useful by the real generator construction.
