纤维混凝土配合GPS高精度滑模机黑山项目施工的应用研究

摘要 随着滑模机在路面路缘石和排水沟中的推广应用,国内滑模机的类型和型号也层出不穷。本文通过对合成纤维混凝土和GPS高精度的滑模机结合的综合应用研究,在满足质量和性能要求的前提下,通过替换隧道路面排水沟的结构钢筋,充分发挥纤维混凝土抗拉和滑模机快速施工的优点,保证了施工进度与质量。此成功课题可推广应用在更多的小型结构物上。 With the popularization and application of slip form machine in pavement curb and drainage ditch,the types and models of domestic slip form machine are also emerging one after another.This paper is the analysis studies for the fiber concrete and trimmer slipform paver comprehensive application,the fiber concrete instead of the reinforcement and concrete for the gutter of the tunnel,through the trimmer slipform paver to make the product,and the quality of the product met the requirements of the standard,the construction time has been saved in this combined method.Based on this study,the fiber concrete and trimmer slipform paver comprehensive application could be used for more types of the concrete structures.
