摘要
针对液压传动和PLC自动控制原理等课程的实验教学,本文从液压传动系统和PLC电气控制系统的工作原理及设计方法出发,并以液压传动基本回路为例进行详细的分析和介绍,阐述了基于PLC的液压综合实验台在实验教学中的应用,以其系统化、模块化等优势,将液压传动系统模块与PLC自动控制系统模块相协同配合,能充分满足现代化实验教学需要,具备良好的教学效果。
For hydraulic transmission and PLC automatic control principle course such as experimental teaching,starting from the hydraulic transmission system and the working principle and design method of PLC electrical control system,taking the basic circuit and hydraulic transmission as an example for detailed analysis and introduction,this paper expounds the hydraulic experiment platform based on PLC application in the experimental teaching,with its advantages of the systematic,modular,the combination of hydraulic transmission system module and PLC automatic control system module can fully meet the needs of modern experimental teaching and have good teaching effect.
