基于科研创新能力和专业学术潜质的研究生优质生源评价指标研究

Research on the Evaluation Index of Graduate Student Quality Based on Scientific Research Innovation Ability and Professional Academic Potential

提升科研创新能力和专业学术潜质是研究生培养的重要目标,本文基于研究生培养目标,系统分析考生来源区域,学科竞赛参与情况,科研项目参与情况、实践、实习情况、读研报考动机、研究生入学成绩、专业匹配度、本科在校获奖情况、毕业院校学科建设水平等影响因素,以西南交通大学机械工程学院人才培养实践为基础,关注研究生培养过程,反向追踪成效较好、达成研究生人才培养目标的优秀毕业生的各项因素,以探索科学、合理的优质生源评价指标体系,为研究生招生提供决策依据。

Improving scientific research innovation ability and professional academic potential is an important goal of graduate training.Based on the graduate education,this paper systematically analyzes the factors such as source area of candidates,participation in discipline competitions,participation in scientific research projects,practice and exercitation,discipline construction level of graduation colleges and universities.On the basis of the talent training practice of School of Mechanical Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University,this paper pays attention to the graduate training process,track back the factors of excellent graduates who have achieved good results and achieved the graduate talent training goal,so as to explore a scientific and reasonable high-quality student source evaluation index system,and provide decision-making basis for graduate enrollment.
