摘要
自然资源调查监测,是适应新时代生态文明建设需要的一项重要举措。通过充分运用高光谱遥感和信息化技术手段,本文以广西钦州、北海、防城港三市为样例,开展高分高光谱遥感技术在自然资源监测方面的应用研究,掌握自然资源类型、面积、范围、分布、生态功能和变化等基本状况,形成一套基于高分高光谱遥感技术的切实可行的自然资源监测工艺流程,为自然资源生态环境动态监测、预警、评估、治理等核心业务提供及时、准确、稳定的基础地理信息服务,为生态文明建设、山水林田湖草保护与修复和自然资源管理提供数据基础和技术支撑。
Natural resource investigation and monitoring is an important measure to adapt to the needs of ecological civilization construction in the new era.By making full use of hyperspectral remote sensing and information technology means.Take Qinzhou,Beihai and Fangchenggang in Guangxi as an example,research on the application of high-score hyperspectroscopic remote sensing technology in natural resource monitoring.Master the basic conditions of the type,area,scope,distribution,ecological function and changes of natural resources,Form a set of feasible natural resource monitoring process based on high-score hyperspectral remote sensing technology.To provide timely,accurate and stable basic geographic information services for core businesses such as dynamic monitoring,early warning,assessment and management of natural resources,ecological and environment,It provides data foundation and technical support for the construction of ecological civilization,the protection and restoration of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grass,and natural resources management.
