高大跨度钢结构钢框轻型屋面板维修用自制小车安全分析

摘要 中海福陆结构车间屋面采用钢骨架轻型板,该屋面因台风损坏,需要拆除更换。本文提出一种钢骨架轻型板拆除用自制小车,并使用有限元分析软件对小车进行最不利工况等的模拟计算,通过计算配合相关规范的对比分析,得出该小车可以满足相关安全要求。同时针对此项目的特殊性,强调作业人员的安全行为是管控重点。实际使用此小车安全完成任务,可以供未来钢骨架轻型板的类似项目借鉴。 The roof of the COOEC-Fluor Heavy Industries structure workshop is made of steel skeleton light plate,which needs to be removed and replaced due to typhoon damage.In this paper,a steel skeleton light plate demolition with homemade car,and the use of finite factor analysis software for the car to carry out the most adverse operating conditions and other simulation calculations,through the calculation with the relevant specifications of the comparative analysis,it is concluded that the car can meet the relevant safety requirements.At the same time,in view of the particularity of this project,it is emphasized that the safety behavior of the operators is the focus of control.The actual use of this car to safely complete the task,can be used for the future steel skeleton light plate similar projects for reference.
