In today's fierce thermal power market competition pattern,a safer,environmental protection and economic production management system has become the subject of close attention and research of enterprises.This paper investigates and analyzes the operation and management status of the five thermal power plants put into operation after 2000,and proposes solutions and targeted improvement measures on how to play the core role of operation and management.Under high standards and high requirements of thermal power plant production and operation of effective management,improve the production efficiency of thermal power plants.
