Research on Scientific and Technological Cultural Heritage Management:Identity Recognition and Value Cognition

以价值为导向的遗产管理理念已广泛应用于世界各国遗产管理体系之中,强调基于文化遗产的价值认定和综合评估制定遗产管理保护策略,并开展较为灵活的管理模式,其价值判定的基本路径包括身份识别—启发与阐释—意义确定3个环节。科技文化遗产是科学技术实践过程中生成的与人类文化系统紧密相关的文化遗产,尚未得到系统研究和管理。基于价值导向的文化遗产管理理念,从遗产文化意义和价值评估的3个基本环节展开对科技文化遗产的理论研究,并对其管理策略做进一步讨论与思考。

The value-oriented heritage management concept has been widely used in heritage management systems worldwide.It emphasizes that the formulation of cultural heritage protection and management strategies is based on the value identification and comprehensive evaluation of cultural heritage,and a more flexible management model is developed.The basic path of its value judgment includes three links:identity recognition-inspiration and interpretation-meaning determination.Scientific and technological cultural heritage is a cultural heritage closely related to the human cultural system generated in the process of scientific and technological practice,and has not yet been systematically studied and managed.Based on the value-oriented cultural heritage management concept,the theoretical discussion on the value cognition of scientific and technological cultural heritage is carried out from the three basic links of heritage cultural significance and value evaluation,and further discussion and thinking about its management strategy.
