摘要
本文以GIS技术助力智慧城市信息共享平台架构设计为研究对象,结合智慧城市时空信息云平台构建为背景,基于云GIS四层地理服务体系架构,论述了智慧长春时空信息云平台的“四横三纵”的总体架构,横向上包括基础支撑环境、时空大数据、时空信息云平台、智慧应用4个层面,纵向上采用政策制度标准和安全运维保障两大手段,平台已应用于长春市地理信息网、自然资源管理服务平台、自然资源监测平台及其他智慧应用集成,应用结果表明,云GIS平台提高了社会管理效能和质量,为城市可持续发展的改善和调控提供有力工具。
This paper takes the architecture design of smart city information sharing platform assisted by GIS tech‐nology as the research object,combined with the construction of smart city spatio-temporal information cloud platform as the background,based on the cloud GIS four layer geographic service system architecture,discusses the"four horizontal and three vertical"overall architecture of smart Changchun spatio-temporal information cloud platform,which horizontally includes the basic support environment,spatio-temporal big data,spatio-temporal in‐formation cloud platform.The platform has been applied to the integration of Changchun geographic information network,natural resource management service platform,natural resource monitoring platform and other intelligent applications.The application results show that the cloud GIS platform improves the efficiency and quality of social management,It provides a powerful tool for the improvement and regulation of urban sustainable development.
