摘要
当前,随着社会经济以及科学技术的不断发展,电子天平在各个行业中获得了普遍性的应用。电子天平的功能及性能良好,体积较小,操作简单便捷,测量结果也快速和准确。但是,在实际的应用中,还存在很多对计量检定准确性产生影响的因素。电子天平自身的准确计量,对于高校实验教学质量及科研数据的准确性会带来直接的影响,同时还对于医疗机构当中用药量等会产生影响,因此,就需要加强对电子天平计量检定质量的提升,结合相关影响因素采用科学、合理的解决方法。我国目前针对电子天平检定准确性方面有深入性的研究,但是一些因素还是很难避免,这对于检定误差及检定结果出现错误有很大的影响。为了保证电子天平的价值,相关使用企业或者单位能够获取准确的计量数据,就需要加强对相关影响因素的综合分析,采用科学、合理的措施,有效优化检定流程,从而提升检定管理水平。
At present,with the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,the elec‐tronic balance has been widely applied in various industries.The electronic balance has good functions and perfor‐mance,small size,simple and convenient operation,and fast and accurate measurement results.However,in the practical application,there are still many factors affecting the accuracy of measurement verification.Electronic bal‐ance itself accurate measurement,for college experimental teaching quality and the accuracy of scientific research data will bring direct impact,but also for medical institutions in the dosage will affect,therefore,you need to strengthen the quality of the electronic balance,and related influence factors using scientific and reasonable solution.At present,China has conducted in-depth research on the accuracy of electronic balance verification,but some factors are still difficult to avoid,which has a great impact on the verification errors and the verification results.In order to ensure the value of the electronic balance,the relevant use enterprises or units can obtain accurate measurement data,it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive analysis of the relevant influencing factors,adopt scientific and reasonable measures,to effectively optimize the verification process,so as to improve the verification management level.
