摘要
某水电站压力钢管在厂内制作成单段,运输到安装室,由桥式起重机吊到厂房上游墙导流洞出口,通过平板台车拉入洞室实行组装,精简了运送方法,达到了迅速组装;压力钢管输送和组装同同类项目比较,不需加强施工支撑洞增挖工程量,节省了项目投资成本;投入运输后的车间上游墙体无渗水现象,充分证明引水隧道设计和施工计划科学且项目质量良好。
The penstock of a hydropower station is fabricated into a single section in the plant and transported to the installation room.It is lifted to the outlet of the diversion tunnel of the upstream wall of the plant by the bridge crane and pulled into the tunnel by the flat trolley for assembly.The transportation method is simplified and the rapid assembly is achieved;compared with similar projects,the transportation and assembly of penstock do not need to strengthen the construction support tunnel and increase the excavation quantity,which saves the project invest‐ment cost;there is no water seepage in the upstream wall of the workshop after being put into transportation,which fully proves that the design and construction plan of the headrace tunnel are scientific and the project quality is good.
