摘要 针对水陆两栖车的关键零部件产品智能化测试系统,开发了系统的智能控制嵌入式软件,基于TC1766 32位单片机平台,设计了一套基于CAN总线(Controller Area Network)标准的私有通讯协议;基于CAN总线的显示屏数据读取与控制的交互软件,PCAL6416的I^(2)C总线(Inter-Integrated Circuit Bus)驱动读取16路开关量的软件,7路A/D采集标准电路读取模拟量软件,13路数字量输出驱动电磁阀的软件、VND5T100AJ-E的高边驱动软件以及基于TLE7242电流闭环控制驱动电磁阀等软件。在MCU(Micro Control Unit)的时间片内,结合显示屏的控制模式及各路电磁阀闭环控制模式算法,实现对整个测试系统的液压比例电磁阀及开关电磁阀的控制,最终完成了模拟水陆两栖车各种工况下,多部件协同工作的智能化测试输出,并匹配测试设备完成了功能性验证。在满足试验有效性的同时,为提高水陆两栖车各关键零部件的试验效率、降低验证成本投入、改善试验环境提供了技术基础。 Aiming at the intelligent test system of the key parts of the amphibious vehicle,the intelligent control embedded software of the system is developed.Based on the TC1766 32-bit MCU platform,a set of private communication protocol based on can bus(Controller Area Network) standard is designed;The Interactive software based on can bus for data reading and control of the display screen,the software based on I^(2)C bus(Inter-Integrated Circuit Bus) of PCAL6416 for driving and reading the 16-channel switching value,and the software based on can bus for reading and controlling the display screen.The Software for reading analog signals from 7-channel A/D standard circuit,the software for driving the solenoid valve with 13-channel digital signals,the software for driving the high side of VND5 T100 AJ-E and the software based on TLE7242 current closed-loop control,in the time slice of MCU(Micro Control Unit),combined with the control mode of display screen and the closed-loop control mode algorithm of each solenoid valve,the control of hydraulic proportional solenoid valve and on-off solenoid value of the whole test system is realized,and finally the intelligent test output of multi-component collaborative work under various working conditions of simulated amphibious vehicle is completed.And that functional verification is complete by matching the equipment.While meeting the test effectiveness,it provides a technical basis for improving the test efficiency of key components of amphibious vehicle,reducing the cost of verification and improving the test environment.
