摘要
设计了一种新型、简易的电动汽车绝缘监测装置,给出了其绝缘监测原理、硬件电路选型和软件控制流程,并针对系统整体功能,搭建了试验平台。测试结果表明,该系统能正确检测母线绝缘电阻,检测精度在5%以内,且对绝缘阻值偏小的进行实时报警和手机同步交互显示。
A new and simple insulation monitoring device for electric vehicle is designed,and its insulation monitoring principle,hardware circuit selection and software control process are given.According to the overall function of the system,a test platform is built.The test results show that the system can correctly detect the bus insulation resistance,the detection accuracy is less than 5%,and the real-time alarm and mobile phone synchronous interactive display are carried out for the small insulation resistance.
