摘要
成果导向教育坚持以学生为中心,关注学生毕业达成度,倡导持续改进。基于此,明确“卓越全科型教师”的培养定位,以师范类专业认证为引领,坚持立德树人,夯实专业素养,构建、践行以成果为导向的“三位一体”卓越小学全科教师协同培养模式和课程体系,完善小学全科教师培养质量保障机制,以期从源头上保障卓越小学全科教师培养的质量。
Outcome Based Education adheres to student-centered,pays attention to the degree of students’ graduation achievement,and advocates continuous improvement.Based on this,this paper clarifies the training orientation of “outstanding general teachers”,takes the professional certification of teachers as the guide,adheres to moral education,consolidates professional quality,constructs and practices the outcome-based “Three-in-One” collaborative training mode and curriculum system of outstanding general teachers in primary schools,and improves the quality guarantee mechanism of general teachers’ training in primary schools,in order to ensure the quality of outstanding general teachers’ training in primary schools from the source.
