摘要 职业核心能力的培养成为学生全面发展的关键点,为高职学前教育专业教学的有效实施指明了方向。高职学前教育专业教学,应以学生职业核心能力培养为主目标,优化专业教学模式及方式,发挥学前教育专业的育人性,达到学生职业核心能力培养的目的,彰显高职学前教育专业实践的价值。基于此,以高职学前教育专业学生职业核心能力培养内涵为导向,依据高职学前教育专业学生职业核心能力培养现状,分析高职学前教育专业学生职业核心能力培养的必要性及困境,并提出高职学前教育专业学生职业核心能力培养的实践路径。 The cultivation of professional core competence has become the key point of students’ all-round development,which points out the direction for the effective implementation of professional teaching in preschool education in higher vocational education.The teaching of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges should take the cultivation of students’ professional core competence as the main goal,optimize the mode and method of professional teaching,give full play to the education nature of preschool education major,achieve the goal of cultivating students’ professional core competence,and highlight the practical value of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges.In this regard,guided by the connotation of the cultivation of professional core competence of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the necessity and dilemma of the cultivation of professional core competence of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the practical path of the cultivation of professional core competence for students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges according to the current situation of the cultivation of professional core competence of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges.
