西部偏远地区义务教育发展阶段问题探析

Analysis on the Development Stage of Compulsory Education in Western Remote Areas

义务教育的发展是我国民族振兴和国家发展的基石,“十四五”期间,我国坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,坚定不移地实施科教兴国战略,始终把教育事业摆在优先发展的战略地位。西部偏远地区义务教育在我国教育现代化建设中具有基础性、特殊性的作用。然而,实践中在基础配套设施、均衡发展、控辍保学、教学质量评价体系、教师队伍结构、经费投入等方面存在的问题阻碍了义务教育顺利发展。因此,针对上述方面的问题提出有效应对策略,以期全面落实、深化义务教育改革,大力推进地域教育一体化、现代化发展,办好人民满意的基础教育。

The development of compulsory education is the cornerstone of Chinese national rejuvenation and national development.During the “14 th Five-year Plan” period,the educational cause adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era,unswervingly implemented the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,and always placed the educational cause in the strategic position of giving priority to development.Compulsory education in western remote areas plays a fundamental and special role in the modernization of education in China.However,the problems in basic supporting facilities,balanced development,dropout control,evaluation system of teaching quality,teachers’ team structure,the investment of funds and other aspects hinder the smooth development of compulsory education.Therefore,effective strategies are proposed to solve the above problems in order to fully implement and deepen the reform of compulsory education,vigorously promote the integration and modernization of regional education,and well run the basic education that the people are satisfied with.
