社会支持视角下高龄独居老人居家安全研究——以山西晋城A社区为例

Research on Home Security of Elderly Living Alone from the Perspective of Social Support——Taking A Community of Jincheng in Shanxi as an Example

在人口老龄化背景下,高龄独居老人的居家安全问题日益突出。山西晋城A社区高龄独居老人的居家安全存在居家环境杂物乱堆、安全防护设施缺乏、食品药品过期、水电煤气使用不当、被欺诈等问题。为此,需构建政府—社区—家庭三位一体的居家安全社会支持体系。其中,政府在资金和政策方面应提供长效保障,社区在资源方面应动员多方参与,家庭在情感关怀方面应发挥自身优势。

Under the background of population aging,the home security of elderly living alone is becoming increasingly prominent.The home security of elderly living alone in A Community in Jincheng,Shanxi Province has some problems such as cluttered home environment,lack of safety protection facilities,expiration of food and drugs,improper use of water,electricity and gas,and fraud.Therefore,it is necessary to build social support system of government-community-family for home security.The government should provide long-term guarantee in terms of funds and policies,the community should mobilize multiple participation in terms of resources,and the family should give full play its own advantages in emotional care.
