摘要
信息化浪潮下,非正式学习作为成人学习的普遍形式之一,越来越受到人们的广泛关注。其内涵、特点与自媒体信息传播的特点在成人学习动机、内容、方式上均呈现出一定的契合性。自媒体时代下,信息传播的自由化、扁平化、灵活化使成人在非正式学习中的自主性得到了更好的发挥,所学内容愈发广泛,学习方式也更加生活化、碎片化,这有助于成人学习动机的提升、学习内容的扩充、学习方式的变化与学习观念的转换。然而,网络信息的碎片化、泛滥化与混杂化也给成人非正式学习带来了一定程度的消极影响,为此,应强化成人对学习策略的掌握,使其能随境应变;建设网络社群化学习共同体,以达利己助人;提高信息准入门槛,对其进行控源提质。
In the wave of informatization,informal learning,as one of the common forms of adult learning,has attracted more and more attention.The connotation,characteristics of informal learning and the characteristics of we-media information dissemination show a certain degree of compatibility in adult learning motivation,learning content and learning methods.In the we-media era,the liberalization,flattening and flexibility of information dissemination enable adults to better exert their autonomy in informal learning,make the scope of adult learning content more extensive,and make adult learning methods more life-oriented and fragmented.They are conducive to the improvement of adult learning motivation,the expansion of adult learning content,the change of adult learning methods and the conversion of adult learning concepts.In order to effectively suppress the negative impact of the fragmentation,prolife-ration,and hybridization of network information on adult informal learning,efforts should be made to strengthen the adult’s mastery of learning strategies,so that they can help adults to adapt to the situation;build the network community-based learning community to benefit oneself and others;raise the threshold of information access to control and improve the quality of information.
