转型与重构是系统运行到一定阶段后,管理者谋求新发展目标,对系统进行大规模改造和升级的过程。高校继续教育经过多年的高速发展,学历继续教育面临发展瓶颈,增长乏力、内涵缺失、质量下降,到了必须尽快转型的时候。新时代给高校继续教育发展指明了目标和方向,高校要找准定位、确定目标、主动谋变,从继续教育的管理体制、运行机制、内外机构设置、管理技术手段等方面进行深度转型和重构。分析了当前高校继续教育发展现状、趋势以及遇到的困难、问题和发展机遇,对转型与重构目标和取向进行了探索,提出了新时代高校继续教育转型与重构的关键路径。

Transformation and reconstruction are the process in which managers seek new development goals and carry out large-scale transformation and upgrading of the system after the system runs to a certain stage.After years of rapid development,continuing education in colleges and universities is facing the bottleneck of development,sluggish growth,lack of connotation,quality decline.It is time for us to transform as soon as possible.The new era has pointed out the goals and directions for the development of continuing education in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should find out the correct position,determine goals,take the initiative to change,and carry out deep transformation and reconstruction from the aspects of continuing education management mechanism,operation mechanism,internal and external institutional settings,technical means and so on.This paper analyzes the current situation,trend,difficulties,problems and development opportunities of continuing education in colleges and universities,explores the goals and orientations of transformation and reconstruction,and puts forward the key paths for the transformation and reconstruction of continuing education in colleges and universities in the new era.
