摘要
德国、芬兰终身教育体系完整,特色鲜明,积累了丰富经验,形成了较为成熟的教育模式。德国、芬兰终身教育体系具有如下特色:政策法规引领,教育方向明确;教育体系完整,目标清晰;资金来源多元,教育资金充足;公众认同度高,教育氛围浓厚。德国、芬兰终身教育实践为新时代中国终身教育的发展提供了有益的参考和借鉴。新时代中国终身教育要加强政策法律供给,完善终身教育的顶层设计;完善终身教育体系,促进终身教育高质量发展;拓展教育资金渠道,提供终身教育的物质保障;优化教育环境,营造浓厚的终身教育氛围。
The lifelong education system in Germany and Finland is complete with distinctive characteristics.They have accumulated rich experience and formed a relatively mature education model.The lifelong education system in Germany and Finland has the following characteristics of forming the guidance of policies and regulations with the clear educational direction;complete education system with clear goals;multiple sources of funds and sufficient educational funds;an education system with high public recognition and strong educational atmosphere.The practice of lifelong education in Germany and Finland provides a useful reference for the development of lifelong education in China in the new era.In the new era,lifelong education in China should strengthen the supply of policies and laws,and improve the top-level design of lifelong education;improve the lifelong education system,and promote the high-quality development of lifelong education;expand educational fund channels to provide material guarantee for lifelong education;optimize the educational environment,and create a strong atmosphere of lifelong education.
