卷烟商标纸表面特性与印刷适性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为分析卷烟商标纸表面特性与其印刷适性的关系,明确影响卷烟商标纸印刷适性的关键指标,本研究以来自不同供应商的卷烟商标纸为研究对象,检测其定量、厚度、折痕挺度、动/静摩擦系数、墨层耐磨性及涂层牢固度等指标,对其差异性进行对比分析。结果表明:不同供应商所提供的卷烟商标纸的定量和厚度差异性较小,折痕挺度有所区别但与表面露白问题没有相关性,动/静摩擦系数、墨层耐磨性和涂层牢固度差别较大,其中印刷适性较差样品的静摩擦系数高达0.38,墨层耐磨性仅有38.02%,涂层脱落面积高达50.62%。由此得出,当将卷烟商标纸动/静摩擦系数分别控制在0.10~0.20与0.20~0.35,墨层耐磨性As值高于70%,且涂层脱落面积低于20%时,可有效提高卷烟商标纸的印刷适性,减少卷烟包装产品的质量缺陷及材料损耗。 In order to analyze the relationship between the surface characteristics of cigarette label paper and its printability, and to clarify the key indicators affecting the printability of cigarette label paper, the cigarette label papers was used as the research object, and the indexes of basic weight, thickness, crease stiffness, dynamic and static friction coefficient, ink layer abrasion resistance and coating firmness were tested to compare and analyze the variability of products from different suppliers. The results showed that the basic weight and thickness of cigarette trademark paper provided by different suppliers were less different, while the crease stiffness was different but had no correlation with the surface whitening problem, the dynamic and static friction coefficient, ink layer abrasion resistance and coating firmness were more different, among which the static friction coefficient of the sample with poor printability was as high as 0.38, the ink layer abrasion resistance was only 38.02% and the coating peeling area was as high as 50.62%. The dynamic and static friction coefficients of cigarette label paper should be controlled in the range of 0.10-0.20 and 0.20-0.35 respectively, and the As value of ink layer abrasion resistance is higher than 70% and the area of coating shedding is lower than 20%, which can effectively improve the printability of cigarette label paper and reduce the quality defects and material loss of cigarette packaging products.
