摘要 针对高强钢筋螺纹加工生产线设计周期长、规划复杂、物理验证难度大等问题,结合虚拟现实技术,实现生产线的快速设计与仿真验证。本研究首先通过分析高强钢筋螺纹加工工艺过程,利用UG三维建模软件分别对高强钢筋螺纹生产线中剥肋机、缩颈机以及滚丝机等设备构建三维模型。然后用3Ds Max、Makereal 3D软件根据生产线预期运行,搭建虚拟现实仿真系统,该系统具有测量、切面分析、漫游和虚拟拆装等数字样机评审功能,以及数字样机监测功能。最后依据生产要求和设备功能,在该系统中不断地调整运行速度和设备机械结构,完成了生产节拍的计算,实现高强钢筋螺纹加工生产线的快速设计和优化,缩短了设计周期,减少了设计成本。 Aiming at the problems such as long design cycle, complicated planning, and difficult physical verification of high-strength steel bar thread processing production line, the virtual reality technology was fully combined to realize the rapid design and simulation verification of the production line. In this study, the processing process of high-strength steel bar thread was firstly analyzed, and a three-dimensional model of the rib stripper, reducer and thread rolling machine in the high-strength steel bar thread production line was built using UG three-dimensional modeling software. Then, according to the expected operation of the production line, 3Ds Max and Makereal 3D software were used to build a virtual reality simulation system for high-strength steel bar thread processing with digital prototype review functions such as measurement, section analysis, roaming and virtual disassembly and assembly, and digital prototype monitoring. Finally, according to the production requirements and equipment functions, the running speed and the mechanical structure of the equipment were continuously adjusted in the system,the calculation of the production cycle was completed, the rapid design and optimization of the high-strength steel bar thread processing production line was realized, and the design cycle was shortened. The design cost was reduced.
