摘要
银镀层可作为高档手工艺品的保护层,其组织结构关系到银镀层的防护性能,而电镀参数对其组织结构具有重要的影响。本研究采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜研究电流密度对银镀层织构以及表面形貌的影响。结果表明,在电流密度为0.1A/dm^(2)时,银镀层呈现为<111>丝织构;当电流密度为0.2A/dm^(2)时,银镀层呈现<111>和<001>织构组分;当电流密度为0.3A/dm^(2)时,银镀层呈现为<311>丝织构。随着电流密度的增加,织构强度逐渐增强;当电流密度为0.1A/dm^(2)时,银镀层表面粗糙,呈暗灰色;当电流密度为0.2A/dm^(2)和0.3A/dm^(2)时,银镀层表面光滑,呈银白色。若银镀层较厚,建议其为<111>丝织构;若银层较薄,银层可为<311>丝织构。
Silver film can be used as a protective layer for high-end handicrafts.It is imperative to reveal the effect of current density on the texture and surface morphology of the silver film.In this study,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the influence of current density on the texture and surface morphology of the silver film.When the current density is 0.1A/dm^(2),the silver film is present<111>fiber texture.With the current density set as 0.2A/dm^(2),the silver film is present with both<111>and<001>components.When the current density is 0.3A/dm^(2),the silver film exhibits<311>fiber texture.With the increase of the plating current density,the texture strength gradually increases.When the current density is 0.1A/dm^(2),the surface coating film is rough and dark in gray.When the current density set as 0.2A/dm^(2)and 0.3A/dm^(2),the silver film is silver white and smooth.If silver film is thick,it is recommended to having a<111>texture.Yet,<311>texture is suited to form a thin silver film.
